There are a number of ways that you can help to publicise this event. These range from changing your avatar, to banner placement, friend notification, and general word-of-mouth advertising. For the day to be a success in terms of awareness and money raised, this participation is not only gratefully accepted, but necessary. So please, grab yourself a banner or picture from the list of options beneath, or use as many as you can find room or time for! All instructions for their use are also listed beneath. If you have any problems displaying them, please feel free to send an email.

To use the following picture as your avatar, simply save it to your computer then upload it to your social network profile, Gravatar, or image hosting account. You may have to configure some settings on your host network to display the avatar. Please refer to the documentation or intructions provided by the network you are hosted by.

To use these banners in the header of your MySpace blog, follow the instructions here, and scroll down to the section titled: “Inserting The Code”.
